A Tour of North Korea
I'm not sure who these Vice Guide guys are. Their style is too reckless for anyone to confuse them with mainstream journalists. I can say that they had some major balls to bribe their way into North Korea on a Chinese tourist package, risking repeated threats of criminal prosecution to re-emerge with lots of video. I don't think they ever fully explained how they got away with it: Bribes? Secret compartments? Tour guides full of empty threats?

The entire series is long, but here are a couple of episodes that convey how surreal their tour of North Korea was:

I'm surprised no one told them they weren't allowed to film. Are they just using a little consumer-grade video camera?
That gymnastics performance is surreal. I don't even know how you can choreograph 120,000 people. What happens to the one guy who screws up the whole thing?
In a bunch of the other segments, they say things like, "Our guides told us that if we don't stop filming, we're going to be arrested. So, we snuck away from them, and can only film for a few minutes." Their relationship with their guides was weird; their every move was being watched, but they also spent a lot of time getting drunk with their guides.
