Clear Creek Trail across Tonto Platform - Cheyava Falls
Sunday, May 3 through Monday, May 4
We camped at Clear Creek for two nights. You can't tell from the pictures, but there was a lot of sand blowing through camp in the afternoons. The creek was high and flowing swiftly. It was very loud and we could hear rocks knocking into each other.
The last part of the Clear Creek trail descends a loose talus slope.

We refilled our water from a small spring that flowed down a dry wash (near the Clear Creek trailhead).
